REFUND POLICY

For all mobile IV therapy appointments, a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in the deposit being non-refundable due to reserved time, staffing, and travel commitments.
